We ship using the Poste Italiane service and shipping costs vary based on the final weight of the package, usually €6.90. The shipping cost may also vary if the destination address is located in particularly disadvantaged areas.

Since these are artisanal items produced on the spot, order processing times vary from 2 to 10 working days from receipt of payment.

Once the order has been processed, it will be entrusted to the shipping company which will deliver it to its destination within approximately 4 working days.

-When first lit, the candle must burn continuously for 4 hours until it reaches more or less the edges of the container. By doing this the candle is less likely to do what is called tunneling.

-Before each relighting, cut the wick leaving approximately 0.6 mm of wick.

-Never burn for more than 4 hours to prevent the container from overheating.

-To avoid the risk of fire, never leave the candle burning unattended.

-Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

-Keep away from heat sources, flammable objects, pets and children.

-Do not leave the candle near ventilated areas such as open windows or doors.

-Never move a lit candle.

-Do not swallow.
